Purpose

Astralla is an introducer service that offers free connection with a partner psychic from Telemac for a phone consultation. The site does not perform any consultation itself and does not charge for any service.

Acceptance

Using the site and submitting the form constitutes full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

Eligibility

Use of the service is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). By submitting the form, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

Nature of the service

Psychic consultations are provided for entertainment and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. For any matter in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

In accordance with the code of ethics applicable to partner psychics, no promise of result, precise dating of events, or spell-casting service may be offered.

Pricing and free first consultation

The initial introduction and the first phone consultation are free of charge to the user.

Any subsequent consultations purchased directly from Telemac are billed according to the rates in force at the time of the consultation. Detailed pricing (per-minute rates, packages, introductory offers) is set by Telemac and permanently available at https://legal.telemac-inc.com/terms_use. The applicable rate will be clearly indicated before any payment validation.

Callback terms

By submitting your phone number, you expressly authorize Telemac or its partner psychic to contact you at that number, including by automated means (express written consent under TCPA). This authorization may be withdrawn at any time.

User conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information and use the service in good faith. Any abusive, offensive, or fraudulent behavior results in immediate and permanent exclusion from the service.

Liability

The site publisher acts solely as an intermediary between the user and Telemac. The publisher cannot be held liable for the content of consultations, their conduct, or any decisions made by the user based on them. Liability is strictly limited to making the site available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, visuals, code, design, Astralla name) are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

Changes to terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the service is used. You may keep a copy on a durable medium by printing this page or saving it as a PDF from your browser, using the button at the top of the page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. US users retain all rights granted by applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws.
