Data controller

Data collected through the form (email, phone, date of birth, first name) is transmitted to Telemac, Inc. (US/international) or COSMOSPACE SAS (France), which acts as data controller under GDPR (EU 2016/679) and as business under CCPA. William Delepierre, publisher of this site, acts as an introducer and does not retain personal data beyond transmission.

Data collected

Astralla collects only the following data, and only if you voluntarily provide it:

• First name and email address (form step 1)
• Date of birth and phone number (step 2)
• Title (Ms. or Mr.), when the direct callback form is shown to you
• Chosen domain and cards drawn: they are sent together with your contact details and therefore constitute personal data
• Pseudonymous visit identifier (localStorage, see the Cookie policy)
• Device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), derived from your screen width
• Global Privacy Control signal, if your browser sends one
• UTM parameters and gclid passed from the source advertisement (campaign tracking)

Purposes of processing

• Connecting you with a partner psychic for a free phone consultation
• Email validity verification (anti-bounce service)
• Audience and advertising campaign performance measurement (see the Cookie policy)
• Marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in (revocable at any time)

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), collected via the form checkboxes. Under CCPA, processing is based on your voluntary submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@mail.astralla.us or privacy@telemac-inc.com.

Retention period

Data is retained by Telemac for as long as necessary to provide the service, and at most 3 years from the last contact, in line with French CNIL recommendations. Beyond that, it is archived or deleted. Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) require 10-year retention for transaction data.

Transfers outside the European Union

For users of astralla.us, your data is transmitted to Telemac, Inc. (Miami, USA), which delivers the consultation. This transfer is necessary to perform the callback you request: without it, no consultation can take place (GDPR article 49.1.b). The United States does not benefit from a European Commission adequacy decision, and Telemac, Inc. is not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: your data therefore receives a level of protection different from the one guaranteed within the European Union. For users of astralla.fr, data remains within the European Union, is processed by COSMOSPACE SAS, and is not transferred.

Your rights (CCPA — California residents)

To exercise your right to opt out of sale or sharing, email privacy@telemac-inc.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends a GPC signal, marketing consent is automatically set to false, regardless of checkbox state, and no analytics measurement takes place.

You may also file a complaint with the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected. US residents: California Attorney General (oag.ca.gov/privacy).

Do Not Call

US users may register for free on the National Do Not Call Registry (donotcall.gov) to opt out of telemarketing calls. French users may register on Bloctel (bloctel.gouv.fr).

Minors

This service is strictly intended for adults (18+). No data is knowingly collected from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us to request immediate deletion. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Telemac implements technical and organizational measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability (encryption, pseudonymization, access control).
